I have a cold and felt tired when going to acupuncture. I feel a little bit better. I will be going to Yoga tonight, but not to the dinner afterwords. I have been thinking about that one therapist, in her own way she was trying to help, but she was clueless. I didn’t even tell my current therapist about the way she treated me. My Hatha Yoga & Meditation is better therapy for me. I think that former therapist came into my life, to remind me,” Hey be thankful for your Mom, she loves you no matter what. She is loving, non-judgemental and warm. So, it made me realize how blessed to have had my Mom.

My Mom was the most unconditionally loving, non-judgemental person that I ever met. They do not make Mom’s like her anymore. She had no darkness in her, at all. Years after she was buried at the cemetery, people could still feel these loving energy of hers.
