Piggy Bank
There was an ID of a guy with blond hair, surfer dude.Then I see an oversized, plastic, penny holder, like a Budweiser OR Coke container, anyway, it is floating in brown, shallow, water, it is 3/4, full. There are two, square, white bags at the bottom of the lake, or whatever. I use to have a Budweiser, plastic penny bank that I saved pennies for about 15 years until I cashed them in.
My uncle passed away on January 7th, 2018. I think the white bag is a sandbag and the (Budweiser OR Coke) bottle is possible a container sealed with his ashes.

Saw a video of ashes being scattered into a body of water. The bag, was shaped like a square.
